Outreach Fort Collins works to maintain our downtown as a safe and welcoming place while connecting our community’s most vulnerable to the services they need. We are a professionally staffed, on-the-street team that builds relationships with community members, service providers, businesses and city services as a means to effectively address and de-escalate disruptive behaviors downtown.

Someone is impaired from drugs or alcohol and does not pose a risk to themselves or others.

Someone is experiencing a mental health crisis and does not pose a risk to themselves or others.

You feel uncomfortable with the situation and it is not illegal. 

You have concern for the health and well-being of someone and it is not illegal.

You want to offer support to someone who is experiencing homelessness or who you feel is vulnerable.

There is illegal behavior in or around your business.

You feel unsafe for yourself and others. 

An incident has passed but you would like to report it.
