Our Impact

Every day, we seek to positively impact the Fort Collins community and the lives of our clients most of whom are experiencing homelessness. This page is dedicated to the measurable impact Outreach Fort Collins has been able to accomplish over the years. Much of our impact is achieved by being a consistent presence on the streets and building trust with community members and all of our stakeholders. Outcomes and impact we make are achieved through the shared effort of our diverse stakeholders including business owners, emergency responders, service providers, and the City of Fort Collins.

Year in Review

At Outreach Fort Collins, relationships are at the core of creating positive community impacts--this includes our relationships with diverse stakeholders including individuals experiencing homelessness, business owners and staff, service providers, police services and first responders, city services, and community members. At the end of each year, we love reviewing the last 365 days of stories and the ways that relationships help our team provide impactful street outreach. Our annual Year in Review collects the measurable impacts that Outreach Fort Collins has in the community and our areas of focus for the upcoming year.
