FoCo Cafe

FoCo Cafe is a non-profit restaurant near downtown Fort Collins. Since 2016, FoCo Cafe has provided delicious and nutritious meals to the people of Fort Collins. It operates on a pay-as-you-can basis, giving lower income individuals affordable access to healthy foods. For our clients, accessing adequate amounts of food can be a challenge, one that is exacerbated by COVID-19.

When the pandemic began, FoCo Cafe had to close its doors temporarily. Through careful planning and extra precautions, they resumed meals in June on Tuesdays only, allowing folks to receive meals curbside. Slowly but surely, they added Thursdays, then Mondays, and in October announced they would have meal pick up available Monday through Friday from 12p to 2p. In addition to on-site meals, FoCo Cafe is navigating the pandemic by delivering free meals to high-risk seniors, low-income families, and emancipated minors.

In speaking to our clients on the street, FoCo Cafe has on many occasions made the difference of whether someone could eat that day or not.
