Stories from the streets
Outreach Fort Collins works compassionately and collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, including individuals experiencing homelessness, business owners and staff, police services and first responders, city departments, and community residents. Outreach Fort Collins is uniquely positioned to respond, engage, and connect with these diverse stakeholders to address the social and economic impacts of homelessness in our community. The impact of our work is best felt in the stories of the many individuals and partners with whom OFC is privileged to work.
